He was trying to purchase his items with food stamps not knowing the system was down. When questioned, the cashier responded by screaming on the top of her lungs that the store is not taking food stamps. I felt this was very disrespectful for everyone present. To make it worse, the cashier decided to talk bad about the gentalman to the next guest in line.
