I usually have to explain everything to employees at cell phone stores, well stores in general. However, these guys are very knowledgeable and very friendly. This is the best experience I have had at any brick and mortar store in a long time. If you live on long island then go here! Don't call Sprint because their phone reps don't listen and aren't technical whatsoever.
